Welcome to HKOT POS. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the HKOT POS website, platform, software and related services. By creating an account or using HKOT POS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of Service

HKOT POS provides business management tools that may include Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, sales, purchases, customer management, warehouse management, reporting and related business features.

You agree to use HKOT POS only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and business data entered into your account.

HKOT POS may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue certain features when necessary to maintain or improve the service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals or allow unauthorized access to your workspace.

If you believe that your account has been compromised, you should contact HKOT POS as soon as possible.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain HKOT POS features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods and available plans are displayed on the HKOT POS platform and may vary depending on the selected plan.

Payments may be made using the payment methods made available by HKOT POS, including applicable bank payment options, NatCash, MonCash, Unibank, Sogebank, Capital Bank and cash payments.

Subscriptions may expire or be restricted if payment is not completed within the applicable billing period.

Where applicable, users may upgrade, downgrade or renew their subscription according to the options available in their account.

Any refund, cancellation or payment dispute will be handled according to the applicable subscription terms communicated by HKOT POS.

HKOT POS reserves the right to update subscription prices and plans. Where appropriate, users will be notified of significant pricing changes.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not use HKOT POS to:

Conduct illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or workspace
Introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code
Abuse, attack or disrupt the HKOT POS platform
Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
Copy, resell or redistribute HKOT POS without authorization
Use the service to violate applicable laws or regulations
Upload or store content that infringes the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited or abusive activities.

Intellectual Property

HKOT POS and its associated software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, content and technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the business data and content they submit to the platform, subject to the rights necessary for HKOT POS to provide the service.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit HKOT POS or its proprietary components without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

HKOT POS is provided on an "as available" basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security and reliability of the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

HKOT POS is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials, incorrect information entered by users, misuse of the platform, internet connectivity issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate records and backups of important business information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKOT POS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
